Returns

Please make your selections carefully, and contact us with any questions you may have. Verify your order, spelling, colors, etc. with mock-ups. Please be aware of color variations and chances of color contamination. After verification, your order will be placed and is not able to be canceled or returned.

You must notify us of a problem immediately of receiving the order via our returns center, and we will review requests on a case by case basis. When a return is authorized by us, you will be given return instructions for the package. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund MINUS $10 design fee.
